CASE STUDY | ALL ACCESS SERVICE LAUNCH
The Challenge
Launch All Access, a new offer designed to improve member retention and new membership sales. The challenge was to quickly communicate its value, create awareness across multiple touchpoints, and convert interest into bookings and memberships.
The Goal
Announce and position All Access as a high-value offer to drive organic demand and bookings.
My Role
Integrated Marketing & Content Strategy Lead | I owned the launch strategy from end-to-end in messaging, channel planning, asset development, and content execution. I partnered closely with marketing and content teams, cross-functional teams, and personally wrote the launch blog post.
The Strategy
Build and coordinate a full-funnel launch designed to reinforce the same value proposition across every customer touchpoint. Each channel played a specific role in awareness, education, or conversion while maintaining consistent positioning and messaging.
The Execution
I led campaign messaging and positioning with the marketing team, developed an integrated asset plan with the creative team, and owned the execution of the launch blog post while aligning timing and creative across organic and paid channels.
The Results
Outperformed lead goal metrics for first week and drove memberships sales within first month of launch.
CASE STUDY | “DISCOVER EFFORTLESS WELLNESS” CAMPAIGN
The Challenge
As competition in wellness continued to grow, StretchLab needed to move beyond being seen as an occasional recovery option to increase demand and drive revenue.
The Goal
Increase demand and support revenue by shifting brand perception from “nice-to-have” to wellness necessity.
The Strategy
Our marketing and creative team launched a fully integrated campaign designed to reinforce the idea of effortless wellness across every customer touchpoint.
My Role
Integrated Marketing & Content Strategy Contributor | I supported campaign strategy and execution across channels and personally led the SEO-driven blog content strategy and creation for the campaign.
The Execution
For this campaign, I wrote a long-form blog post focused on the concept of effortless wellness. I conducted keyword research to identify high-intent and adjacent search terms related to our strategy objective, ensuring the content aligned with what consumers were actively searching for.
This allowed the campaign to not only drive short-term awareness, but also capture ongoing organic demand well beyond the launch window.

CASE STUDY | ESTABLISHING STRETCHLAB AS AN INDUSTRY LEADER
The Challenge
Assisted stretching was a growing wellness trend, but most consumers didn’t clearly understand its benefits or how it differed from traditional stretching or massage, creating a friction in the funnel that limited both lead volume and membership conversion.
The Goal
Increase qualified lead volume and improve funnel confidence and conversion.
The Execution
One tactic I spearheaded was an educational series focused on mobility, recovery, and stretching science.
This series started as a long-form Youtube series that I directed and edited while testing similar content across other channels. Performance insights enabled us to adapt this series into a more optimal format and channel that allowed us to nurture leads, increase touchpoints, and directly support revenue.

Our marketing and creative team built a content ecosystem designed to attract, qualify, and nurture demand.
